I'm 23 and just graduated from college. I wanted to buy a house for a number of reasons, but to name a few: to give my two year old son a yard to play in, to find a place to grow my family with my fiance, and to build equity in a home rather than throwing away money toward rent. My aunt (a real estate agent out of Jacksonville, FL) recommended Angie to me. Angie reached out to me before I could call her. I was still unsure and hesitant toward the house buying process, but Angie's kind demeanor and guidance eased my worries. She took genuine interest in my situation and advised toward my best interest. I never felt rushed to look for a house. While looking at houses, her knowledge of house quality and condition proved most helpful. Real estate agents get a bad reputation for being pushy to make a sell; Angie was the exact opposite. She could tell if a house was not right for us, and then she could tell when it was. That was special to me. She was there at every step from offer to closing, always available even in the most inconvenient times. I can promise that I will use Angie again if at all possible. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
